The Big Boys have tasted the waters of Lake Sammamish!!...
And they are back again!!!

Hope you're ready for the 13th annual Tastin' n Racin' festival, June 6 - 7!!!  With all the history making of last year –how are we going to top that?!  It was great to see the U-37, owned by Billy ‘The Kid’ & Jane Schmacher  running side by side with the 1962 vintage Miss Bardahl!!....and all that noise!  It was a first, a turbine unlimited and vintage unlimited hitting the water at the same time.  It also was nothing but pure joy for all the fans and racers alike!!   Sooooo, the Unlimiteds will be back!!   2009 will continue with this new tradition of boats ranging from Unlimiteds, to limited inboards, from the Supercharged Grand Prix’s to the 1.5 litre hydros, and vintage inboards from yesteryear.  Not to mention all of the hydro and flatbottom runabout racing action, there’s also the exciting and unpredictable Personal Water Craft (PWC) racing competition with their close up ‘in your face’ twisting, turning and flipping.  There’s other great events and specials on the boardwalk, main stage and the family fun area!   Don't miss the Motorcycle Pledge Ride benefiting The MAX Foundation, and the Hot Boat and Bike Show!   There’s always more to Tastin' n Racin' than just racing!!  We have eating, live music, 2 beer gardens, more eating, arts and crafts, even more eating, children’s activities, shopping, (did we mention eating?) and so much more.  So, mark the calendar June 6 – 7 and set the date aside, and get ready to Taste and Race for 2009!!!
